Lawnpro Head Office Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lawnpro! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only standard priced items will be refunded, sale items will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an e-mail to richie@lawnpro.co.za , clearly stating the reason why you want to exchange the product. Make sure to supply your contact details and invoice so we can stay in contact with you during the entire exchange process. The consumer will be liable for the cost of courier to exchange the product, unless the product was deemed to be defective.
Shipping
- All products purchased from the Lawnpro online shop must be returned to the following address 29 Leslie Street, Murrayfield, Pretoria.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was proved to be defective when delivered. Strict quality control will be done by Lawnpro Head Office before the product/s are shipped to you.
- Shipping time will depend on the area where the product was delivered to and is not determined by Lawnpro Head Office.
- Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. This lies in the hands of the courier company you use to return your goods.
